The Drop Pickleball Club has a responsibility to its members to define the appropriate code of conduct for players, spectators, and guests participating at any activity at The Drop PBC.
It is essential that participants embrace the values of respect, fairness, integrity, honesty, transparency and safety. As such, The Drop PBC aims to provide all participants with a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
ANY PERSON VISITING THE DROP PBC IS EXPECTED TO:
Treat everyone with courtesy and respect. This requirement prohibits any form of harassment or discrimination.
Exhibit fairness and honesty, follow proper pickleball etiquette and safety guidelines on and off the court and encourage others to do the same.
Players will not engage in any behavior that could endanger themselves or others or cause damage to the equipment or facility.
The Drop PBC abides by The International Pickleball Federation (IPF) rules and regulations.
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action ranging from a simple conversation to immediate or future suspension or expulsion from the facility and/or a revocation of membership.

In order to use the club facilities, you must sign in at the front desk prior to any play.
ALL players, including guests, must have a signed liability waiver on file & waivers must be signed prior to using any portion of the facilities.

Wear non-marking, clean, & dry shoes at all times on the playing surfaces.
Provide your own pickleballs; we have individual balls for sale in the pro shop but recommend purchasing in bulk from our neighbor, pickleballcentral.com.
No eating in the court areas. Please help us keep the courts clean by enjoying snacks in the lounge area.
Kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult & cannot be left unattended.

Programming & court fees are based on individual membership levels; see Memberships for details on pricing differences between membership levels.
Programming fees are charged per session, not per hour. Registrants are welcome to join in at any point during the session, but by reserving a spot in the session are committing to the session price.

Cancellations received at least 4 hours prior to a program will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 4 hours prior to a program will not receive a refund.
No Shows or cancellations received less than 1 hour prior to a program will result in the assessment of an additional $15 fee.

Cancellations received at least 12 hours prior to a private court reservation will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 12 hours prior to a private court reservation will not receive a refund.

Every member on the reservation must sign in & out with time of arrival & departure.
All players MUST have a liability waiver on file to use the facility.
No one under the age of 16 is permitted during unstaffed hours.

Dink, Drive, & Founding members are automatically billed twice monthly for fees related to membership, court reservations, or programming, plus any pro shop purchases.
Payment for charges to your account will be processed on the 1st and 16th of each month. Any time charges are processed, you will receive a detailed invoice by email, noting your paid status.
Current charges & payments can be reviewed at any time via the Court Reserve Member Portal; just click on your name in the upper right corner and select "Billing".
